West Coast Metro Areas (Fully Assembled): We ship out of our Los Angeles and Las Vegas facilities. Shipping fully assembled product is highly affordable for metropolitan locations within CA, AZ, NV, NM, WA, OR, ID, and UT.
Rural West Coast Areas: Areas defined as rural by our regional carriers cannot accept fully assembled freight. These orders will ship partially assembled via FedEx or UPS.
East Coast & All Other States (Unassembled Kits Recommended): Due to extremely high cross-country freight costs, orders outside our West Coast zone ship Unassembled. Your product will arrive as a high-quality, easy-to-assemble kit to keep your shipping costs affordable and prevent transit damage. The screen door was high quality with very thick strong screen. I called Best Custom Screens, they quickly took my order of 6 different custom size screen Doors. They offered to have someone come to my house to measure the screen door but I already had the measurements. The fit was perfect! I would highly recommend them.

I ordered a replacement screen in early 2021. The time frame to delivery was 4-6 weeks. It took more than 4 months to get it. Communication was poor. When I finally received it there was damage. The reason for the 4 stars was that when I called to complain, all I had to do is submit a picture of the damage. They put in a replacement order asap and I got my new screen in a timely manner.

Installing the 48″x94″ Sliding Screen Door is a breeze. It’s a pretty big door, and the frame does its job. I install many of the Economy screen doors in apartment buildings, because it’s more affordable. The rollers are easy to adjust and putting it in is easy enough.
