Bio of Juan Ramos, Technical Support.
Juan Ramos is a Technical Support and Field Service person located at the Best Custom Screens Acton, CA shop. He lives in the Antelope Valley area and loves helping customers in the local area.
Mr Ramos started working in the company as a trainee three short years ago and has truly become a part of the Best Custom Screens – Blind and Screen family.
He has worked his way up the ladder very quickly. His first job was in the production department while training on how to cut down and assemble window coverings and screening products. After learning the ins and outs of shop work, he then move forward by managing the company’s inventory control and purchasing. Juan has been trained to work in the field installing blinds and screens, as well as measuring and repairing. He has also supprted the sales and service activities by meeting with customers in the office and during the in home measuring for estimates.
In addition, Mr Ramos has Attended the National Apartment Association industry trade show known as Apartmentalize where he learned the ins and outs of the multi family housing industry. He went helped exhibit at the companies trade show booth at several Home Shows. Juan attended the Cedia Expo, to learn more about what the future looks like in
home automation which ties right into the companies automated roller shades product line.
Lastly, Juan has trained at the Tony Robbins event called UPW – Unleash the Power Within. At this event he joined the rest of the Best Custom Screens team and 10,000 attendees, who all walked on red hot coals. They all literally walked on fire and survived. He took away many inspiring gifts at the event and learned about many new approaches in life and business. The topics he really took to heart were; How to plan yourself better and don’t give up and always push through the threshold. Plus, better posture equals more confidence. Last but not least, Walking on hot coals helped him to realize that if could walk on fire, then he can do anything in his life.
Juan is very close to his parents. His father is a construction worker by trade and has taught him first hand, the value in “hands on” hard work and the humility it brings you in life. His mother is a valued shop worker by trade and has worked for Best Custom Screens since 2003. He is very close to his family. Family is everything to him and the bonds they have for each other are unbreakable.
Juan Ramos, is an extreme automobile enthusiest and backyard mechanic. He loves working on cars and remodeling them. He purchases autos, works on the mechanics, autobody, and interior. It helps him relax and fullfills him. He also enjoys exploring and hiking in the mountains and desert, enjoys music concerts, and really likes helping others. Juan, is the type of person that you do not need to ask for help. He just seems to know what you need to be done and does it. Hands down, no questions asked.
